Job summary

The Air Force Test Center at Arnold AFB, TN seeks a Full-Time General Engineer (NH-801-03) as Contracting Officer's Representative to lead technical oversight of the base operating contractor supporting the 804th Test Group and the 804th Test Support Squadron.

As a COR, you will supervise, evaluate, and enforce the Performance Work Statement, review contractor plans, monitor deliverables, and advise senior leadership on contract health and alignment with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Probationary or trial period may apply based on position type.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical accuracy.
• Engineering knowledge to evaluate contractor deliverables and programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, document, and assess operating contractor performance per the Performance of Work Statement.
• Develop contractor performance measures and monitor progress.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts to gather factual inputs for assessments.
• Lead preparation and delivery of contractor feedback on a regular basis.
• Review contractor deliverables for content and quality.
• Document contractual artifacts in the system of record.
