Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses.
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work across office, home, and community settings.
• Basic computer skills and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 15–20 clients with 10 hours of clinical coverage per week.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy with evidence-based interventions.
• Serve children and adolescents; focus on this population.
• Offer services during evening and weekend hours.
• Provide urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate integrated care with team members and external partners.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in supervision, staff development, and QA activities.

Summary

We are hiring a Contract Outpatient Therapists to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings. This role includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Ideal candidates are Medicaid-approved providers and eligible to join private insurance panels. Flexibility to serve clients in-office, at home, and in the community is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Manage a caseload of 15–20 clients while meeting the expectation of 10 clinical coverage hours per week.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions.
• Work with children and adolescents, with a strong interest in serving this population.
• Provide services during evening and weekend hours, with preference given to candidates available to serve clients during these times.
• Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrated care.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage insurance panels and ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and requirements.
• Monitor client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field
• 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work across various settings (office, home, community)
• Basic computer skills and EHR experience

Required Licensure

• LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS
• Associate-level licenses (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) accepted with supervision contract
