Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in the New York area. The role is suited for experienced clinicians or new graduates who are ready to contribute to a growing team.

Day shifts and on-site work are required with accountability for aligning with the organization's mission and goals. You will provide skilled OT services under physician orders, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reach patient outcomes.

Formación

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
