The OT will assess patient needs, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet therapeutic goals and ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state license as OT or in licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for OT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
