Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an OT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and plan, evaluate, and modify care for OT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
