Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking an individual for contract execution and management, providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will assist in preparing and processing contract documents, reviewing and amending contracts, and tracking contract activities using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of project/program management and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Up to three years of experience in procurement or contract field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing contract documents from start to finish.
• Review and amend contracts according to University Rules.
• Provide administrative support in contract development and tracking.
