UTMB Health seeks a Contract Associate to manage a portfolio of low-to-moderate-risk contracts throughout the lifecycle. Working under the Contract Manager, you will support institution-wide contracting initiatives, price files, and GPO data management while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and UTMB policies.
You will oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with multiple departments and subcontractors to fulfill contract
High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience in a business/professional setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
Must obtain C.P.S.M., C.P.P.B, C.P.P.O, CTCM, or an equivalent nationally recognized certification of professional credentials as deemed acceptable to UTMB within 18 months of appointment in title.

Working under the direction of the Contract Manager, this position is responsible for supporting institution-wide supply chain contracting initiatives, price files, and GPO data management while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and UTMB policies.
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Partial Remote, onsite at minimum twice a week. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
