Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a premier skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, MO, is seeking a compassionate Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) for an 8-week local contract. The role includes 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and full-time night coverage, with pay rates of $40/hr for LPN and $45/hr for RN.

The Contract Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care, develop individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, assist with activities of daily living, and participate in quality

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including progress notes and medication administration records
• Assist with resident daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional resident care
