Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) registry.
• Valid state licensure as required.
• Experience in nuclear medicine imaging preferred.
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and computer systems.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine procedures including imaging and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Maintain accurate patient and procedure records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and calibrate radiopharmaceuticals following safety and QC guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff for coordinated patient care.
• Monitor equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Uphold infection control and radiation protection policies for patient safety.
• Educate patients and families about procedures with compassion and expertise.
