Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations across ages, collaborating with families and care teams to inform treatment plans. The role supports Lyra's neurodiversity center and integrates with psychiatrists, therapists, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology.
• Postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
• Equivalent experience considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Licensure in California or New York preferred; PSYPACT preferred.
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person.
• Familiarity with online web-based applications.
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person from own office space.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, with families and collateral sources.
• Interpret a wide variety of neuropsychological test batteries, including occasional direct test administration.
• Serve as subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the work of the psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete detailed evaluation reports and tailored brief summaries for clients, families and providers.
• Conduct clear feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with care team to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver assessments in-person and virtually.
