Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations across ages, and to collaborate with families and care teams. The role supports ADHD, autism, and learning differences within Lyra’s neurodiversity Center of Excellence.

The position offers independence, collaboration, and potential for flexible scheduling in a virtual and in-person setting. You will supervise psychometrists, prepare reports, and provide clear feedback.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred.
• Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred.
• Licensed in California or New York preferred.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person.
• Familiarity with online web-based applications.
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, with families and collateral sources.
• Interpret variety of neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration.
• Serve as subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and client/family-friendly summaries.
• Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate treatment planning with psychiatry, care managers, and wellness coaches.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sessions with patients and families.
