Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with families and care teams. The role emphasizes independent, data-driven assessment and clear feedback, with optional in-person or virtual sessions.

You will work within Lyra’s neurodiversity center, coordinating with psychiatrists, care managers, and wellness coaches to tailor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred.
• Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred.
• Licensed in California or New York preferred.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person.
• Familiarity with online web-based applications.
• Able to deliver care virtually or in person.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages.
• Interpret a wide variety of neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the work of the psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete detailed evaluation reports and tailored brief summaries.
• Conduct clear feedback sessions to explain findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver care in-person and via virtual sessions.
