Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or developing NetSuite solutions.
• 1+ years of experience using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, SuiteFlow, saved searches, reporting, or other NetSuite capabilities.
• Experience supporting integrations, data imports, testing, troubleshooting, or process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ERP processes such as purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounts payable, or reporting.
• Exposure to NetSuite manufacturing and inventory capabilities (assemblies, BOMs, WIP, costing, routings, bins).
• Ability to analyze routine to moderately complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with users and IT.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of NetSuite enhancements through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to implement approved solutions.
• Develop, configure, test, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, SuiteFlow, and related features.
• Partner with IT and external resources for NetSuite integrations and data mappings.
• Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex issues; document findings and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and execute unit and system tests; support UAT and deployment readiness.
• Support data quality, governance, and security activities with business teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with users.
