Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware and be able to complete on-site calls across Casper, WY.

During onboarding you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo at no cost to you. This is a 1099 contract role with pay based on tickets completed, typically 2–5 calls per day, with weekly pay on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
• Must have reliable transportation to run calls.
• Willing to obtain Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule on-site service windows.
• Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, update status, and map calls.
• Parts provided by manufacturers; ships via FedEx; use provided labels and return materials.
