Job summary

Orthofix in Irvine, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to assist with prepping and packaging supplies to support the build plan and forecast demands. You will aid the Manufacturing Supervisor in overseeing production to ensure all operations comply with SOPs, GMPs, QSR, GTP, ISO standards and company procedures, with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP
• Able to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Prep and packaging of supplies to support build plans
• Assist supervision to oversee production ensuring SOPs and GMPs are followed
• Follow SOPs for cleaning, labeling, and sealing of units
• Process ERP moves and material transactions promptly
• Ensure compliance with QSR, GTP, ISO standards & company procedures
• Maintain legible and correct documentation
