Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a Contract Membership Specialist for a 12+ month contract in Morristown, NJ (Remote). The role manages member lifecycles, pricing and eligibility across systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance. Strong Excel, SAP/iShift experience and 5+ years in pharma are required for success.

Responsibilities include negotiations support, reporting, and collaboration with client teams to streamline membership processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; willingness to participate in meetings occasionally.
• 5+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Health environment.
• Advanced Excel knowledge with VLOOKUP and formulas.
• Experience contracting, membership or pricing strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer account lifecycle for large customers, including contract membership activities and eligibility.
• Work independently in Revenue Manager to create/manage memberships and eligibility for direct/indirect customers.
• Verify contract pricing, membership status, and customer segments in RM/boundary systems.
• Provide membership information on request and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure data compliance and maintain auditable member records; support SOX and pricing policies.

Contract Membership Specialist (CMS)

12+ months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manager Notes: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Full time, no OT...
• Manage the customer account life cycle of large, organized customers (LOC). This includes contract membership activities and customer account record management surrounding new eligibility and continued maintenance such as contract membership movement, additions, and deletions.
• Works independently within Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
• Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility status, customer segments within Revenue Manager platform and boundary systems.
• Provide Public & Private membership sector eligibility information upon request.
• Responsibility for managing daily business tasks and processes with internal/external key stakeholders.
• Access and process data within reporting tools, including Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, and boundary systems.
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies; resolve inquires, maintain synchronization and integrity of membership.
• Responsible and accountable for data compliance activities within membership and the oversight and execution of applicable processes and business decisions to achieve compliance.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date membership files are retained according to audit/compliance requirements.
• Support and collaborate with Client Account Management team regarding contracting and membership processes.
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams and external customers to harmonize membership processes, resolve issues, and address business challenges.
• Responsible for execution and compliance of SOX and Government Pricing P&Ps.
• Support and follow all SOP documentation guidelines, compliance, and auditing processes.
• Responsibility for accuracy of customer account Master Data within iShift, RMUS, and all boundary systems.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Must have skills:Contracting/Contract Membership/Pricing
• MS Excel/Microsoft Excel and vlook-ups/Vlookup/Formulas
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Candidate must be willing to participate in meetings and team calls occasionally.
• Manager values a candidate that is highly driven to learn skills and take on new projects voluntarily.
• Manager likes candidates that are inquisitive.
• Need someone who is HIGHLY analytical.
• Need strong critical thinking skills to know when to search system to system for various bits of info.
• Must have experience working with multiple large data management systems, contracts and pricing, and/or contract development and analytics.
• Must have very strong writing/grammar and communication skills.
• Needs to have high attention to detail and accuracy. Interviews will be one with manager and then a panel interview.
• Must be able to perform high-level Excel functions, formulas, vlook-ups.
• BONUS - manager would like to see Excel test scores.
• 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Health environment or similar field.
• SAP / Shift Experience preferred.
• Experience in contracting, membership or pricing is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills.
