Kelly Services is hiring a Marketing Communication Specialist for a 3-month contract in Holmdel, NJ 07733. The role supports the Marketing team with the development of customer presentations, marketing materials, trend research, data analysis, and special projects, with a pay rate of $50/hr and standard hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 3+ years of marketing or insights experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing, insights, business support, or related experience.
• Fragrance house marketing experience a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with exceptional presentation design and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.
• Transform data, research, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Support market, consumer, and category trend analysis.
• Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing marketing and competitive intelligence data.
• Coordinate and support marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
