Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is a leading drinks company known for White Claw, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Cayman Jack. The role supports co-man operations, creates KPI dashboards, and analyzes supply chain performance to improve service, quality and cost.

You will work with Operations, Finance, Quality and Logistics teams across multiple sites. Required: degree in a related field and 3–5 years in beverage operations or supply chain, with strong communication and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in related field (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management).
• 3-5 years of Operations and/or Supply Chain experience/exposure in beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyst support and coordinate day-to-day tasks for customer co-man operations.
• Maintain partner scorecards and monitor service, quality, cost, inventory and contract-compliance performance.
• Analyze supply risks, inventory positions and recovery actions; provide clear facts and recommendations.
• Support onboarding and coordinate system set-up, innovation launches, documentation, SOPs and operating rhythms.
• Reporting, scorecards, invoices and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer co-man processes.
