Role Overview: As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will handle all assigned customer contracts, communicate directly with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, and manage customer renewals. You will focus on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot within our customer-centric, results-driven organization.

This role is flexible regarding work preferences: @home, @flex, or @office, across our EMEA locations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiating renewals and contract modifications to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to grow accounts and identify new opportunities.
  3. Working with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to facilitate contract renewals smoothly.
  4. Building cooperative relationships with customers.
  5. Leading forecasting and pipeline review discussions.
  6. Contributing to the growth of the Contract Management team by providing feedback and testing new processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Experience in negotiation or sales.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand multiple perspectives.
  • Previous account management or customer retention experience.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
