Eagle Protection Agency, LLC is seeking a highly experienced and professional Contract Manager to provide executive-level oversight and day-to-day management of a large-scale government security contract consisting of more than 200 armed and unarmed security officers.
The Contract Manager will serve as the primary management representative responsible for ensuring contract compliance, operational readiness, personnel performance, client satisfaction, and the effective delivery of security services across all assigned locations.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Verifiable Minimum of 20 years of law enforcement experience.
- Verifiable Minimum of 10 years of management experience overseeing armed and unarmed security guard operations for federal, state, local, or other government entities.
- Demonstrated experience managing large security contracts and workforces, preferably involving 200 or more security personnel.
- Extensive knowledge of security operations, law enforcement procedures, emergency response, incident management, and use-of-force policies.
- Demonstrated experience supervising managers, supervisors, armed officers, and unarmed officers across multiple posts or facilities.
- Strong knowledge of government contract requirements, performance standards, post orders, staffing requirements, and quality-control procedures.
- Experience managing scheduling, staffing, employee performance, disciplinary matters, training requirements, and contract compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with government officials, contracting representatives, law enforcement agencies, employees, and executive management.
- Ability to prepare and review incident reports, staffing reports, performance reports, corrective-action plans, and other contract-required documentation.
- Must successfully satisfy all background, licensing, firearms, and other eligibility requirements applicable to the contract.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a seasoned law enforcement and security-management professional who understands the demands of managing a large government security operation. The individual must demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a complex 24/7 security workforce.
This is a senior operational leadership position requiring an individual who can effectively manage personnel while maintaining strict compliance with government contractual and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Contract Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing overall leadership and management for a 200+ officer armed and unarmed security operation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between Eagle Protection Agency and the government client.
- Ensuring all posts are properly staffed with qualified and credentialed personnel.
- Maintaining compliance with the contract, post orders, applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Supervising subordinate managers, supervisors, and security personnel.
- Monitoring attendance, scheduling, overtime, vacancies, and staffing levels to maintain continuous contract coverage.
- Ensuring armed personnel maintain all required firearms qualifications, licenses, certifications, and training.
- Conducting management inspections and reviewing operational performance at assigned facilities.
- Managing incidents and emergencies and coordinating with law enforcement and government representatives when necessary.
- Investigating performance deficiencies and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensuring reports, records, training documentation, personnel files, and other contract deliverables are accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
- Participating in meetings and performance reviews with government representatives.
- Maintaining a professional, disciplined, accountable, and customer-focused security workforce.
