A leading textile technology company is seeking an experienced contract manager and in house generalist to assist on a temporary/contract basis. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role expected to last 6 months.

Title: Contract Manager with Corporate Governance Experience (FLEX)

Location: Remote (United States)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $49 - $73 / hr

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of commercial contracting within the US, including the management of NDAs, Master Purchase/Service Agreements, and General Terms and Conditions.

This role also involves conducting legal research related to US law, supporting the formation and governance of domestic and foreign companies, assisting with corporate venture capital fund investments, and handling special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights related to US law.
• Support the formation and governance of domestic and foreign entities.
• Assist in investment processes for corporate venture capital funds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address special project requirements.

Qualifications:

• BBA/BA/BS degree in a business or contracts-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, with a proven track record in administration, negotiation, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Experience working in cross-functional and virtual teams, preferably across different cultures and regions.
• Ability to analyze complex contracts, identify business risks, and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based on the US East Coast.
