Contract Manager Role
Oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of services. Use best systems to interact with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality. Engage the team daily and challenge the status quo to deliver timely solutions so clients can focus on their core business with confidence.
Responsibilities
Lead the contract management team, ensuring safe, high‑quality service delivery. Maintain productive relationships with customer contacts. Develop and execute production and maintenance plans that meet client expectations and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six‑Sigma, or continuous improvement experience desired.
- Automotive paint shop, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision experience desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, team‑building, and visionary leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced, stressful environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Pre‑Employment Drug Testing
