Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services seeks a Group Leader to supervise a critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. You will manage safety, quality, and delivery of tasks, while promoting BEST SYSTEMS and BEST RESULTS through effective communication and teamwork.

You will lead with authenticity, build strong teams, and deliver timely solutions for both our team and our clients, upholding our values and standards every day.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant using BEST SYSTEMS to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify safer, easier and faster ways to perform work by engaging the team.
• Collaborate with peers and clients to deliver timely solutions and maintain high performance.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:

• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
