The role includes leading and supporting business development and capture across the National Guard Bureau and expanding opportunities with agencies such as USDA and DOJ. The position involves supporting proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and participation in executive strategy sessions.

• Leading and supporting business development and capture activities across the National Guard Bureau.
• Expanding opportunities within agencies such as USDA, DOJ, and other Federal organizations where your experience and relationships create strategic value.
• Supporting proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Participating in executive strategy sessions and corporate planning discussions; and
• Helping strengthen and expand NextStep Technology's Federal portfolio.

Description

• The CM or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
• The CM shall work through the COR, to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services.
• The CM shall ensure that contractor employees do not perform any services outside the scope of the contract without an official modification issued by the KO.
• The CM shall ensure contractor employees understand that services performed outside the scope of the contract are performed wholly at the expense of the contractor.
