You will work from detailed blueprints to produce production-ready equipment, collaborating with engineers and project leads to deliver reliable systems.

The role emphasizes precise measurements, panel building, and metalworking skills, with a focus on safety and documentation throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate or diploma in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields preferred.
• Formal training in electrical wiring or panel building highly beneficial.
• Welding training or certification (e.g., MIG/TIG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and structures for custom machines according to blueprints and drawings.
• Perform electrical wiring of machines, including panel building and cable routing.
• Conduct precision measurements and quality inspections to verify tolerances and alignment.
• Fabricate and modify metal parts using basic welding and metalworking techniques.
• Install and integrate motors, sensors, drives, and other control components into assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during assembly, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate build documentation, including notes, changes, and inspection records.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
