We are a premier transactional law firm seeking experienced attorneys with Am Law experience to work on an hourly basis.

This is a remote contract position. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. We operate in a demanding, output-driven environment. We care deeply about the quality, timeliness and reliability of work product. This is not a lifestyle firm. We expect our lawyers to surge hard when client needs require it. COMPENSATION

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $100 - $175 per hour, depending on a candidate's experience and background.
