FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking an LVN in California to oversee nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring patient needs are met per standards and policies. The role supports quality programs and patient education in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a California LVN license and has 1+ year nursing management experience, with SNF/LTC exposure preferred. This position is on-site in California and overseen by the Nursing Department.

Formación

• Licensed LVN in California is required.
• Minimum one year of nursing management experience preferred.
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of Infection Control Manual.
• Participates in the Quality Improvement Program.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients.
• Notifies departments of patient changes.
• Conducts family and patient education.
• Administers medications timely and per facility policy.
• Administers treatments timely and per facility policy.
• Receives, transcribes, and carries out physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
