Job summary

CVS MinuteClinic in Lehigh Acres, FL, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse for a part-time seasonal position. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, administering medications, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The schedule features 7–10 hour shifts, two or three weekdays plus every other weekend, with potential holiday work. Training lasts three weeks before regular duties commence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or ER settings.
• Phlebotomy, vaccines and POCT experience.
• At least 1 year in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with EMR systems; Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in multiple forms (oral/injectable/IV/topical).
• Assess patient needs, monitor and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
• Conduct routine health assessments and care coordination.
• Facilitate access to care and connect to community resources.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Document medical history accurately in EHR.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
