CVS MinuteClinic in Denton, TX is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time, seasonal contract at a MinuteClinic location.

The position involves delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The schedule includes training, 7–10 hour shifts, and some major holidays. EV EMR experience preferred.

Formación

• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications (oral, injections, IV, topical).
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document abnormalities.
• Perform routine health assessments.
• Coordinate patient access to care and community resources.
• Review medications for interactions.
• Document medical history in EMR.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and teams.
• Keep clinic organized, stocked and clean.
