Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in a day shift setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to update care plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate charting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet daily productivity targets and contribute to patient flow planning.
• Identify and elevate clinical concerns promptly for timely intervention.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and aftercare.
• Participate in on-site team meetings and share progress toward goals.
• Safely manage equipment and inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
