Provide compassionate patient care to residents during night shifts
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer IV therapies and monitor patient responses to treatment
Document patient observations, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic medical records
Assist residents with daily activities, including mobility and personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and safety
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
IV certification
Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience
Strong background in managing IVs and dementia care
Ability to work night shifts (3x12 schedule)
Dementia care training certification
