Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring Low Voltage Technicians for a 6-month contract based out of Boise, ID. The role covers wiring, access control, security cameras, cabling, and AV systems in commercial/industrial environments.

You will bring your own tools and PPE; travel may be required, with on-site dispatch to project sites. Pay is $25.00-$30.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility depending on assignment and location.

Qualifications

• We require 2-3+ years of experience in cabling and structured cable work in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with access control systems (Salto preferred) is required.
• Experience with Audio Visual systems (Crestron, Q-Sys) is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure access control systems, security cameras, and structured cabling.
• Install AV systems and ensure integration with Crestron and Q-Sys.
• Travel to project sites, work with PPE, and collaborate with team members.
