APL Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Kentucky to oversee work assignments, train staff, and ensure safety and accuracy in inbound/outbound operations. You will coordinate with team leads and supervisors to optimize scheduling and performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse or related work experience
• 2 years forklift/material handling skills required and Equipment Certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math, data entry, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Unloading Inbounds, Loading Outbounds and staging per procedures.
• Ensure inventory control and storage accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Support Shipping and Receiving Clerk and team members as directed.
• Perform material handling tasks as directed by a senior team lead or supervisor.
• Provide hands-on training and feedback to associates.
