Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Board-Approved Supervision: weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute sessions.
• Review and sign supervision contracts and documentation.
• Coach supervisees on DSM-5, MI, CBT, milieu management, and crisis stabilization.
• Maintain detailed supervision logs and compliance forms.
• Monitor ethical compliance and avoid countertransference/burnout.
