JUNIOR PROCUREMENT/COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS ATTY

If you have 2–3 years of commercial contracts experience and are interested in moving into an in-house role with a national manufacturing and construction company, this could be a strong fit.

The position begins as an hourly contract role, with the opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned in-house legal team. The company is seeking someone junior, adaptable, and interested in long-term growth within the organization.

Job Summary:

Our client, a national manufacturing and construction company is looking for a Junior Contracts Procurement Attorney to join the team in their Nashville office. Assist a procurement team on indirect and direct agreements.

• Location: Hybrid - Nashville, Tennessee (4 days onsite, 1 day from home)
• Hours per week: 40
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Long-term (potentially temp-to-perm)
• Compensation: $65/hour

Job Requirements:

• Licensed attorney - Admitted to practice in Tennessee
• Junior Experience Level - 2 to 3 years of Procurement/Contract experience (either in house or at a firm) - Must have some experience reviewing commercial agreements.
• Willing to work onsite 4/5 days per week in the Nashville area
• Able to train and grow within an internal business organization
