Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Conga CLM Consultant with deep experience in commercial contracting within the life sciences industry. This role is critical to optimizing our contract lifecycle processes related to pricing, market access, distribution, and channel partnerships. You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Conga CLM to support the full lifecycle of complex commercial agreements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements unique to life sciences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Conga CLM solutions tailored to life sciences commercial contract use cases, such as:
• Distribution agreements
• Pricing and reimbursement contracts
• Group purchasing organization (GPO) agreements
• Market access and payer agreements

Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Compliance, and Sales Operations teams to gather requirements and align CLM workflows with business needs.

Build and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, and obligation tracking capabilities.

Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and FDA regulations.

Integrate Conga CLM with Salesforce CRM, ERP platforms, and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).

Provide training and support to end users, legal teams, and administrators.

Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), issue resolution, and documentation.

Support change management and post-go-live optimization.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Conga CLM implementation, with a focus on commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of life sciences commercial contracting, including legal and regulatory considerations.
• Hands-on experience integrating CLM systems with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver business-oriented solutions.
• Experience with configuration of complex workflows, clause libraries, and metadata models in CLM.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with commercial operations in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech sectors.
• Prior work in validated systems or GxP environments.
• Conga or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Conga CLM Specialist, Salesforce Admin).
• Experience with AI-enabled contract analytics or risk scoring is a plus.
