Job summary

Victory Programs seeks a Contract Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Clinical Supervisor to support clinicians pursuing licensure in Massachusetts. This 1099 hourly role offers hybrid work in Boston and focuses on trauma-informed supervision of MSW/LCSW staff.

You will provide weekly 1-hour individual supervision and monthly or bi-monthly group supervision, review cases, and ensure licensing logs comply with MA Board regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising clinicians.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SUD, mental health, or residential recovery.
• Familiarity with MA Board regs and MassHealth documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly individual supervision to MSW/LCSW staff.
• Lead group supervision monthly or bi-monthly within Board limits.
• Review cases, sign licensing logs per MA Board.
• Support supervisees on DSM, treatment planning, notes, MI and evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain supervision logs and documentation.
