Job summary

Cell Staff seeks a licensed psychologist for a 26-week contract at a Wisconsin state correctional facility in Green Bay. The role involves conducting evaluations, crisis interventions, and individual therapy within a secure, multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, risk assessment, and rehabilitation planning, with a predictable day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) on-site. Eligible candidates hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and a Wisconsin license.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; forensic/correctional background preferred.
• Ability to clear state background check and security clearance.
• Strong communication, diagnostic judgment, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and risk screenings for incarcerated individuals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy and crisis management.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an on-site multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, security).
• Maintain meticulous EHR documentation per state standards.
