Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC ("ATS" or the "Company") is hiring CWI's with Level II UTSW and Level II UTSW w/MT Technicians to support ATS Shreveport, LA. Overtime and per diem paid. These are contract assignments in various locations in south central US (fab shops) and Midwest for on-site inspections. AWS D1.1 experience required. Project is expected to last 4-6 months. Competitive Pay and per diem/travel provided.

Locations include OH, VA, NC, WI and IL and more areas expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations of materials in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods and supervise OJT/guidance of trainees.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and priorities to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare written instructions and organize/report the results of examinations.
• Work independently and support team members; perform other tasks as needed by supervisors.
