Job summary

Planet Pharma in Cambridge, MA seeks a dynamic Contract Associate Manager of Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution to support international shipments and commercial distribution activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-value therapies.

You will work with QA to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, maintain records and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years logistics experience in biopharma moving high value drugs
• US importation and international shipments experience
• Attention to detail and ability to execute to a high standard
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries in regulated environments
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics and Commercial Distribution team on time-sensitive projects
• Shipments into GCC region (KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned information flow
• Maintain records and dashboards; work with QA on GMP/GDP compliance
• Maintain reports and dashboards in Smartsheet
