Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a contract IT Project Execution Manager based in Houston, Texas. This position involves leading complex IT projects in Trading & Supply, with a budget of up to $10 million. Candidates must have a strong background in program delivery and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a deep understanding of the Trading & Supply landscape. A US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT projects with a budget of up to $10 million.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Domain knowledge in Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within time, cost, quality, and risk constraints.
• Analyze variances against the project plan.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams.
