Job summary

You will drive projects from initiation through closure while maintaining schedule, scope, budget and quality, ensuring operational continuity during the backfill period.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Project Delivery: Manage and track multiple IT projects against plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee vendor performance, contractual obligations, and procurement processes.
• Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Be the primary contact for project communications and cross-functional alignment.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Scope & Baseline Control: Manage scope changes and adjust timelines/resources as needed.
• Governance & Reporting: Provide regular status reports on budget, schedule, and risks.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to Ohio IT governance, security and quality standards.
