• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate instructional design experience.
• Experience with government contractors or regulated environments.
• Proficient with eLearning tools (Storyline/Rise, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and define learning objectives.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions.
• Create storyboards and scripts for eLearning.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, and security alignment.
• Support review workflows and audits.
