Magnit Global is seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer on a contract basis for Consumers Energy, with hybrid work and onsite reporting in Jackson, Michigan three days per week. The role focuses on applying adult learning principles to create engaging online and classroom training, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to meet business needs.

You will develop and revise eLearning and classroom content, manage LMS deployments, and ensure timely delivery across projects.

Competenze

• 1–3 years’ experience in instructional design and project management.
• Portfolio demonstrating web-based training/eLearn examples is required.
• Experience with LMS and ID best practices.

Mansioni

• Execute course development from intake through launch in the LMS.
• Revise, design, and develop eLearn and classroom instructional content.
• Launch and test learning content within the LMS.
• Manage other related ID tasks as needed per project.
