Staff Perm seeks an HVAC Inventory and Customer Service Associate in Albuquerque to support product stocking and customer interactions. This contract role involves operating a forklift to manage inventory and stock Lennox-branded HVAC products, while engaging with customers to assess needs and offer product recommendations.

You will follow safety and environmental protocols, maintain accurate stocking, and communicate product features and warranty information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• General HVAC knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to assist with unloading and inventory management.
• Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services under supervision.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental protocols.
