Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience with secondary education.
• Two years of experience in human resources is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, HR benefits administration, recruitment operations, and payroll is desirable.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities, candidate communications, interview scheduling is desirable.
• Experience using HR systems, case management tools, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and/or AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR transactions accurately and within service standards.
• Provide responsive, empathetic customer support to employees, retirees, and candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data for benefits and transactions.
• Leverage HR systems and AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Support training and knowledge transfer for back-ups and temporary staff.
• Identify process improvements and draft updates to procedures.
