Job summary

Croda in Plainsboro, NJ (site-based) invites you to join as an HR Generalist supporting North America. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR data governance, reporting, and immigration support in a fast-paced team.

You will work with employees and managers, maintain HR systems, and contribute to continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and up to two years of experience is expected; hourly contract wage details apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Up to two years HR experience (internships/co-ops allowed).
• Interest in HR systems, payroll, data management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees and managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle including screening, coordination, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire communications.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and programs.
• Assist with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Support immigration and visa processes with stakeholders.
