Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a contractor to lead the design, build, validation, and scale of spider harnesses used to integrate autonomy compute, networking, and sensors onto multiple vehicle platforms. The role spans the full harness lifecycle from first-article prototype and drawing creation, through functional validation and DVP testing, and into scaled production-ready design.

This hands-on position requires deep familiarity with automotive harness design and vehicle power

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive harness design projects.
• Hands-on, day-one contributor with minimal onboarding.
• Familiarity with vehicle power architecture and autonomy signals.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, build, validation and scale of spider harnesses for autonomy integration.
• Oversee full lifecycle from first-article prototype to production-ready design, including drawings.
• Drive functional validation and DVP testing across multiple vehicle platforms.
