Job summary

Eastern Air Express is seeking a Contract Ground Instructor for Flight Operations (737). You will lead classroom and simulator-based training, ensure compliance with FAA regulations, and maintain thorough student records. Collaboration with flight crews and external vendors will be essential.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in Flight Operations, 737 experience, and the ability to travel. This contract position reports to the Manager of Flight Operations Training and may involve Part 91

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years in Flight Operations and 737 qualification.
• Experience with Part 121 or Part 135 operations is preferred.
• Strong training delivery and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training per FAA and company programs for lessons and events.
• Utilize classroom, aircraft, and simulator resources for training.
• Complete and submit student training records and certifications.
• Update pilot qualification records to keep daily assignments legal.
• Provide training records to Crew Records to ensure PRIA/PRD compliance.
• May operate Part 91 flights to various locations when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
