Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a temporary contract assignment in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and partner with operations and leadership to drive decision-making.

You’ll deliver dashboards and ad hoc analyses using Power BI or Tableau, support month-end close, and communicate insights to senior leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
• Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support month-end reporting and executive presentations.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Assist with strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
